First of all - staff. The most friendly and helpful. Apartments are spacious, fresh, beautifully decorated. You can always hear waves so it’s a real beachfront house. Pool is nice and not overcrowded, inner yard is small but really cute. So far the most liked hotel in Indonesian islands.

Kay is such an amazing manager, maybe one of the best hotel managers I have met. Kay greeted us, accompanied our requests and then even helped us to ship our lost belongings in the room to the mainland Bali. The room itself is big and clean. The bed is very comfortable and wifi is strong. I love the balcony overlooking at the Yellowbridge.

We didn’t want to come out! - The staff are very friendly, kind and nice! They help us with really everything and anytime! - The food is great, everytime was prepared with love! Very tasty! Thank you to PUTU AND WIYAN! - The place are very nice, quiet and private. Lots of flowers around . Beautiful. We feel here very comfortable. We really were relaxed here after a year of hard work.. I was searching a lot a good place for staying for our holidays , So if you really want to enjoy your holidays , come here! You will never regret! Really nice clean room, comfy bed and spacious bathroom. We found everything that we needed and even got 4 soft drinks from mini fridge for free! Welcoming was amazing, receptionist was really helpful, he explained everything about the island and where to go etc. Other staff was also super friendly, had some nice chats with them. Breakfast was delicious! We used laundry services here too, which were really good. And last but not least - the view! The view from our room was amazing! Stunning sunset from the pool area too and the view of montain Agung. All in all - we really enjoyed our stay here and even can say that in reality everything is much better than in the photos!
